Number of PETS Allowed: TWO (RESTRICTIONS APPLY)
All our Townhomes allow up to two pets. Whether you have a cat, a dog, or one of each.

Non Refundable Pet Privlege Pet Fee - $300 per Pet
Monthly Pet Fee - $35 per Pet (Restrictions apply by type and weight)
Comments - Fees are per pet
Restrictions - The following dog breeds are restricted but not limited to: Akita, Chow, Doberman, Bull dogs, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Shar-Pei, German Shepherds, Bloodhounds, Staffordshire Terrier, or any mixed breeds that include those listed.
